Hiya! I am Miss Isabella and I am the head tutor in StudyBoost! I lived in the U.K since young age and studied in traditional boarding school. Then I moved to Hong Kong permanently four years ago and started my teaching live! I am competent in keeping up with students' performances by evaluating their strengths and weaknesses from time to time! And I am also well acknowledged of different teaching materials in the education field e.g. Letterland phonics, Oxford reading tree phonics and Usborne children novels. And I believe showing empathy to students is important as it helps build connection, regulate emotion, and promote helping behaviours which is critical in their learning paths.

I love to have exciting and nurturing conversations. From my past experiences teaching, I understand the importance of adapting to each student's unique strengths and interests. Tailoring my interactions to optimise the learning journey for every student is very valuable to me. I aim to create a dynamic and engaging environment where students feel valued and inspired to reach their full potential.

Hello everyone! My name is Miss Erika. I grew up in Australia, where I lived with my family from a young age. While studying Commerce at the University of Melbourne, I discovered a deep passion for education and began tutoring students of various ages. That experience sparked a lifelong love for teaching and learning.

After moving to Hong Kong, I continued my journey as an English Tutor while pursuing my Master’s degree online. I also had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant at an ESF (English Schools Foundation) school, where I supported classroom learning and gained valuable insight into international education environments.

I’m deeply committed to helping students unlock their full potential, especially in mastering English and achieving excellence in their exams. I believe wholeheartedly in the idea that “When one teaches, two learn”—a philosophy that guides every lesson I deliver. I strive to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment where communication in English is not just encouraged, but celebrated.

Hello children! My name is Miss Simantha and Maths has always been my best friend since I was little! I hold an M.Sc in Mathematics for Educators from Nanyang Technological University and a B.Sc in Chemistry and Management from Imperial College London. I completed my GCE A Levels in Oxford, graduating at the top of the cohort with an A* in Mathematics and A's in Chemistry and Physics. Upon graduating, I have moved to Singapore and started tutoring at several learning institutions. My teaching experience include teaching primary and secondary school Mathematics and delivering robotics & coding lessons to students aged 3 to 16 years old. I am also experienced with developing curriculum and conducting workshops.
